1st notification: (text or email) your request has been submitted and is pending review
2nd notification: after review, you will receive an approval or denial notification (text or email). if approved, you are good to go! if denied, it usually means we just need more info first, and we will follow up with a phone call at your provided contact number

appointment requests are reviewed by our human front desk team during business hours (tue-sat)
appointments requested online for the morning of the following business day may not be accommodated
if your stylist is not listed, it is because they are not currently accepting online requests. Please call or message us to book.
