services

we are a full service hair salon with color, cutting, styling, extensions, smoothing, waving/perming and braiding services

APPOINTMENTS

appointment required for all services. call or request online

waiting

Inside seating is limited to guests who are waiting on their appointment. Please do not bring extra people who are not receiving services

kiddos

while we don’t book kid services, your stylist may offer them so feel free to ask them! otherwise, due to limited seating and children’s limited patience, we ask that you please leave them at home while receiving your services

pets

are not allowed in salons due to health concerns per NV State Board of Cosmetology. If you really miss them, we can ball up some floor hair and put googly eyes on it

rescheduling + cancellations

we have reserved a special part of our day for you. if you are unable to make it, we ask that you provide (at least) a day or two’s notice so that your stylist may have enough time to schedule another client

no-shows

alright, time is money, man. and we’re just a boy, standing in front of a girl, trying to pay our bills. new client and repeat no-shows may require a booking deposit on future appointments. thanks for understanding!

re-dos

miscommunication happens and we always aim to do our best! if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your services, please let us know! your original stylist will gladly make needed corrections to fulfill your original request, if not met, within 10 days of the original service. re-dos after 10 days may require a service charge. please contact us if you have any questions or concerns
